Subscription terms & refunds

The seller and service provider is Dentz Decor. Contact carolyn@resisdentz.com for subscription questions, cancellation help or refund requests.

The plan

Spoonflower Autofill costs $7.99 USD per month, plus applicable tax. The subscription automatically renews monthly until canceled. There is no free trial. The plan includes unlimited manual fills for one seller, while the subscription is paid and current.

You need Chrome, the extension, an internet connection and a verified email account. Paid access is checked online. You remain responsible for reviewing address fields, choosing products, verifying order details and placing orders. The extension does not validate postal deliverability or place purchases automatically. Changes to Spoonflower checkout or service outages may temporarily affect functionality.

Cancellation

Sign in at Account & billing and choose Manage or cancel billing to open Stripe. Cancel before the renewal date to stop the next recurring charge. Your access continues through the already-paid subscription period. You can use this website even after removing the extension. Uninstalling or signing out does not cancel billing.

If you cannot sign in or open billing, contact carolyn@resisdentz.com for help. Account deletion requests are handled separately from subscription cancellation.

Refund requests

Contact support for refund requests. Requests are reviewed individually; your statutory rights are unaffected. A refund or payment dispute may suspend paid access while the account is reviewed. Contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect.

Account use and support

Use an email account you control and keep sign-in codes private. Do not share or resell one seller's subscription, misuse the service or attempt to access other accounts. Contact support about billing errors or technical problems.

Changes to pricing or material subscription terms will be communicated before they take effect for your subscription. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
