Address information stays in your checkout workflow

The extension processes the shipping address you paste on your device and inserts it into Spoonflower checkout. Spoonflower receives information entered in its checkout under its own policies. We do not send these pasted addresses to the Autofill account server, Stripe or the email service.

Your saved billing address, shipping email, phone number and country defaults are stored in Chrome extension storage on your device. You can clear defaults and saved billing information in the extension. Chrome removes extension storage when you uninstall the extension. The extension does not collect browsing history or import your Etsy orders.

Account, payment and technical information

We store your sign-in email, verified account identifier, authentication sessions and subscription customer mapping on our hosting service, Render. Sign-in codes expire and are stored as hashes. We retain subscription support holds, such as a refund or dispute requiring review. Technical request information, including network addresses, may be processed by our infrastructure to operate the service, limit abuse and diagnose failures.

Resend processes your email address and sign-in email to deliver your code. Stripe processes your email, payment and billing details and manages subscriptions, invoices, cancellation, refunds and disputes. Card details are entered in Stripe's hosted pages; the extension and our account server do not collect your full card details.

The extension stores its sign-in session in local extension storage. This account website stores its sign-in session in your browser's session storage for the tab. Sign out to remove that tab's session. We use no advertising trackers or third-party analytics on these pages.

How we use and share information

We use information to provide address autofill, authenticate accounts, verify paid access, deliver sign-in codes, administer billing, respond to support and protect the service. Our service providers receive the information needed for those functions. We do not sell user data or use it for advertising, credit decisions or unrelated purposes. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or to investigate fraud and protect the service.

Our use of information received through Chrome APIs complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Retention, access and deletion

We keep account information while needed to provide your account and handle support, security and legal obligations. Payment and dispute records may need to be retained for accounting, fraud prevention or legal requirements. Provider retention practices also apply to information held by those providers.

Contact carolyn@resisdentz.com to request access, correction or deletion of your account information. We may verify account ownership first. Cancel your subscription before requesting deletion; deletion and uninstalling are not cancellation. We will explain any information we must retain and can help you cancel if you cannot access billing.

When our data practices change, we update this policy and provide a notice where required. Contact us with questions before using the service.
