Include the email you use to sign in and a brief description of the issue. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, full card details or your customers' addresses. If a screenshot helps, remove personal and payment information first.

Manage or cancel a subscription

Open Account & billing, sign in with your email code and choose Manage or cancel billing. If sign-in is unavailable, email us for cancellation help. Uninstalling the extension does not cancel your subscription.

Refunds and account data

Email us for a refund review, billing-hold review, account correction or deletion request. We may need to verify ownership. See terms and refunds and the privacy policy.

A field did not fill correctly

Review the checkout before placing an order. Tell us which country and field were affected, without sending a buyer's address. Address checks compare fields; they cannot confirm postal deliverability.
